I HELP REMARKABLE PEOPLE:
SHIFT OLD PARADIGMS
EXPAND PERSPECTIVE
ENVISION NEW POSSIBILITIES
My name is Anita Joos Eyre
Life is a process of changes and transformations, and mine is no exception.
I have transitioned from an executive career in luxury fashion advertising in New York City, to volunteering in Africa and India, to motherhood, to returning home to Switzerland, to discovering a new career and a passion in coaching.
This opportunity to connect deeply, to commit to the work of personal development, and to see people transform brings together elements I value inherently and professionally. As a coach, I act as a catalyst for you to become your best self by helping you shift old paradigms and patterns and expand your perspective of personal and professional possibility.
My clients are women and men who lead successful professional and personal lives that many wouldn’t believe require transformational support. They do! From the outside success appears one way, but internally they often struggle to see their own genius and how to truly birth it into reality.
I will help you unlock what holds you back from yourself. Our work together will inspire you to course correct, igniting dreams and possibilities you may have forgotten or not realized you had. As your coach, my role is to encourage and support you in your transitional and transformational process, to celebrate when you overcome hurdles, and to motivate you to set up the concrete action plan necessary for the progress you want to achieve.
Transformational Transition Coaching can include a diversity of topics:
Personal Development
Career Transitions
Expat Living
Resilience
Mindfulness
Even if your situation is not on this list, I have worked with many topics.
The space we create together through deep listening and curiosity allows you explore in safety and learning.
In curious exploration - change happens.
Knowing your values and guiding your life accordingly is a game changer.
We are more likely to take action when we are not alone.
Internal transformation is the bedrock of a successful and skillfull transition.
Transition stoppers are: fear of uncertainty, lack of clarity and an external locus of control.
Any mountain can be climbed with competence and one step at a time.
